Justin Morgan, 30, county road 29 killed by car

A tragic accident claimed the life of a Nauvoo man on Tuesday morning when a pickup truck hit him on a Walker County road. The victim was identified as Justin C. Morgan, 30, who was walking on Redmill Saragossa Road around 5:50 a.m. when a 2016 Ford F-250 struck him. The crash occurred about seven miles northwest of Jasper, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. Morgan was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing and no further details were released.
