Parul Jani, 55, killed in SUV and car crash in Alabama

An 18-year-old high school employee was killed in a tragic accident when an SUV hit the car she was riding in on the wrong side of an interstate in Alabama. The victim, Parul Jani, 55, died at UAB Hospital after being rescued from the wrecked Camry. The SUV driver, Roger Maurice Jones, 44, also died after he fled the scene and was struck by another vehicle while crossing the interstate on foot. Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
