Jennifer Watlington and Sunshine Underhill killed in van accident

Two women died in a crash involving a truck and a van on Monday morning in Baxter County. The accident happened at the intersection of State Highways 5 and 126, according to the Arkansas State Police.

The truck, driven by Michael Ragland, 61, of Marshall, was heading north on State Highway 126. The van, driven by Jennifer Watlington, 39, of Yellville, was going south on State Highway 5. The truck failed to yield the right-of-way at the intersection and hit the van, killing Watlington and her passenger, Sunshine Underhill, 40, of Summit.

Ragland was injured and taken to the Baxter Regional Medical Center.
