Omar Espinal, 34, killed on Hamilton St in Hartford CT

In Hartford, Connecticut, a tragic incident occurred late Thursday night. A man was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver. The incident took place on Hamilton Street, east of Hillside Avenue and near Pope Park, around 11:40 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a severely injured man who had apparently been hit by a vehicle. Surprisingly, there was no car present at the location.
