David Browning 17 killed in Waterloo, Illinois, UTV crash

A UTV crash near Waterloo, Illinois, claimed the life of a 17-year-old boy and injured another person on Wednesday evening. The two occupants were thrown from the vehicle when it crashed on Trout Camp Road around 6 p.m., according to deputies. They were taken to different hospitals by air and ground ambulance. The boy, who was identified as David Browning, later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, the sheriff’s department said. The condition of the other person was not disclosed. The cause of the crash is under investigation. The road was closed for some time on Wednesday and Thursday as deputies examined the scene.
