Haylee Keller, 32, killed in Indiana head-on crash

A head-on collision on State Road 45 killed a woman from Greene County and injured a man from Putnam County on Friday morning, authorities said. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office identified the woman as Haylee Keller, 32. She was driving east on S.R. 45 when Zachary Seiger, who was driving west, crossed the center line and crashed into her around 11:28 a.m., near Eller Road. Keller died at the scene, while Seiger suffered serious injuries to his leg and torso. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
