James E. Lizana, 80, Pass Christian killed in truck minivan crash

James E. Lizana, an 80-year-old man from Pass Christian, died in a car crash on I-10 on Sunday morning. He was driving a 1994 GMC pickup truck westbound when a minivan hit his vehicle. The impact caused fatal injuries to Lizana, who was pronounced dead at the scene by the officials. The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
