A fatal accident at the Bellagio Fountains claimed the life of a worker on Saturday, according to the Clark County Coroner’s office. The victim, 37-year-old Tizoc Antonio, died from a severe cut to his neck. The coroner’s office ruled his death as accidental. Antonio was working at the fountains when he suffered the injury, police said. He was taken to UMC, where he was pronounced dead. Antonio was a member of Iron Workers Local 433 and was involved in the preparation for the upcoming Formula One races, a union manager said. The Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the incident.
