Dylan Weidenfeld, 26, of Jersey City, killed in crash

The identities of three people who died in a fatal car crash in Jersey City Heights early Monday morning have been partially revealed. The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said that Dylan Weidenfeld, 26, of Jersey City, was the driver of a Kia sedan that collided with a BMW SUV on Paterson Plank Road, south of Congress Street, around 12:45 a.m. He was declared dead at the scene, along with two other occupants of the Kia, whose names are being withheld until their families are notified. The crash occurred near the 9th Street Light Rail elevator to Hoboken, where police found the two vehicles with severe front-end damage.
