Kayla Dowling, 26, Glamis Rd, killed dump truck crash

Kayla Dowling, 26, of Blackwood, New Jersey, lost her life in a tragic collision between a car and a dump truck on Wednesday morning, according to police. The accident happened around 5:30 a.m. at the crossroads of Garden and Centerton roads in Pittsgrove Township, Salem County. The car, driven by a 24-year-old Camden resident who suffered serious injuries, was traveling north on Centerton Road when it crashed with the dump truck that was going west on Garden Road. Police did not reveal any more details about the incident, which is still under investigation. Drivers on Garden Road have to stop at the intersection, while drivers on Centerton Road have the right of way.
