Raymond Santory, Toms River NJ killed electric bicycle crash

Raymond Santory, 46, was riding an e-bike on Route 37 in Manchester on Thursday night when he was hit by a cargo van that was turning left. The collision threw him off the bike and onto the windshield of the van, before he landed on the grass nearby. He sustained severe injuries to his leg, head, and face and was flown to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for treatment. The Manchester Police Department is investigating the accident.
