Vivian Folkenflik, 83, Belleview Ave, killed crossing street

On Saturday, October 28, 2023, a tragic accident claimed the life of an 83-year-old woman in Montclair, NJ. The woman, identified as Vivian Folkenflik, was crossing the street at the corner of Bellevue Avenue and Park Street around 12:15 p.m. when a vehicle struck her. She was taken to Mountainside Medical Center with severe injuries, but she did not survive. The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the incident.
