A Rochester woman lost her life in a car crash on Saturday morning in Dryden, N.Y. The accident happened around 9:45 a.m. when the car she was in veered off Fall Creek Road and hit a tree in front of a house on West Malloryville Road. The woman, identified as Kimberly L. Anthony, 35, was in the backseat of the car and died at the scene. The driver, Cora-Su B. Brooks, 38, of Groton, and the front seat passenger, Rochelle Landon, 29, of Ithaca, were injured and taken to Upstate Medical University Hospital in Syracuse. The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Collision Reconstruction.
