Richard McSpadden,63, of Frederick MD killed in plane crash.

A tragic plane crash in Lake Placid, New York claimed the lives of two people on October 1. One of the victims was Richard McSpadden, 63, of Pine Bluff Frederick MD, who was sitting in the right seat of the Cessna 177 Cardinal. The plane experienced an emergency on climb and tried to do an emergency landing at the airport, but it did not make it to the runway. Richard and the other occupant died in the accident.
