Taylor Kendrick killed in work accident at Forvia Factory

OSHA: Franklin plant with fatal accident has history of significant issues. Taylor Kendrick, 26, of Roxbury Rd, was killed by a machine while working at the plant. She was under the machine for a work-related task when it turned on. The plant, owned by Forvia, has faced several OSHA interventions and inspections since 2013, according to the OSHA website. Taylor Kendrick, 26, died of blunt force trauma to the head, the Warren County Coroner’s Office said. Franklin police arrived at the stainless steel exhaust factory at 2301 Commerce Center Drive around 12:08 a.m. Saturday. They found Kendrick lying on her left side on a conveyor belt. She was not breathing and had no pulse in her left wrist, police reports said. Kendrick was declared dead at 12:18 a.m.
