Billie Buckland, 49 and James McNeill, 29 killed in PA crash

The names of the two people who died in a car-motorcycle crash in Union Township on Thursday have been released by the Berks County Coroner’s Office. They are Billie Jean Buckland, 49, of Mt. Penn, and James Patrick McNeill, 29, of Washington Township. The accident occurred near Route 724 and Black Matt Road. Both Buckland and McNeill suffered fatal injuries from the impact and were pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner’s report says they died of blunt force trauma and internal injuries. The crash was ruled accidental and is still under investigation by PA State Police.
