Elaine McQuillin 67 of West Chester PA killed in crash

A two-car crash in Pocopson Township on Oct. 3 claimed the life of Elaine McQuillin, a 67-year-old woman from West Chester. She died at the scene of the accident, which occurred on Lenape Road near Overlook Circle around 8:14 p.m. A juvenile who was riding with her was injured and taken to a trauma center, but later released. The other driver, a 24-year-old man from Kennett Square, suffered life-threatening injuries and was also rushed to a trauma center. He is facing DUI charges, as police said he crossed into the opposite lane and hit McQuillin’s car head-on.
