A Penn State student faces a vehicular homicide charge after he allegedly struck and killed another student with his car on Tuesday night. Ahmed M. Alqubaisi, 20, from the United Arab Emirates, was driving at a high speed on East Park Avenue when he lost control of his vehicle and hit Lovisa Arnesson-Cronhamre, 25, from Sweden, who was jogging on the sidewalk.
