Zarius Moore 24 killed in Greer motorcycle crash

A motorcycle crash in Greer claimed the life of a 24-year-old man on Saturday afternoon, according to Greenville County officials. Zarius Moore, the motorcyclist, was taken to a nearby hospital after the collision, but he succumbed to his injuries shortly after 3:15 p.m. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office said an autopsy is scheduled for Monday to determine the cause of death. The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of West Wade Hampton Blvd. and Dill Ave, where Moore’s motorcycle hit another vehicle that was turning onto Dill Ave, officials said. The Greer Police Department is investigating the incident.
