Ashley Peppers, 27, killed in car accident on US 82

A tragic accident on US 82 near Guthrie claimed the lives of three people, including a three-year-old child from Lubbock, on Saturday afternoon. The crash occurred when a car driven by Christian Trattles, 32, veered off the road and then swerved into the opposite lane, colliding with a pickup truck towing a trailer. Trattles and his two passengers, Ashley Peppers, 27, and the toddler, were pronounced dead at the scene. The pickup truck driver, Michael Dunn, 40, suffered moderate injuries and was transported to UMC for treatment.
