A young motorcyclist from Azle lost his life in a horrific crash involving two other vehicles on Farm-to-Market 51 near Boyd, Wise County, TX. The fatal accident occurred around 8:15 p.m. on October 12, 2023, when Dennis Tichavsky, 21, was making a left turn on his motorcycle and was struck from behind by a Buick Verano. The impact caused him to collide with a Dodge Ram that was coming from the opposite direction, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety report. Tichavsky was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel. One of the other drivers was injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment, while the other driver also sustained injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation by troopers.
