Hollis McDaniel and Marlon McDaniel killed in Texas crash

Two Woodville Residents Die in Tyler County Head-On Crash. A Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck crossed the centerline and collided with a Chevrolet Spark on U.S. Highway 69 on Monday morning, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. The driver and passenger of the Spark, identified as Marlon McDaniel, 46, and Hollis McDaniel, 45, were killed in the crash. The pickup truck driver was not injured. The crash occurred around 5 a.m. and is still under investigation.
