Moises Joribio, 41, killed in Texas car crash

Officials say that Moises Joribio, 41, and Jesus Beltran, 29, were driving northwest on the highway when they slowed down to turn left. A Ford Explorer hit them from behind while they were waiting for the traffic to clear. Joribio died from the impact of the crash, while Beltran suffered minor injuries. No one else was hurt. The driver of the Ford Explorer is suspected of driving under the influence and may face a charge of intoxication manslaughter. The case is still under investigation.
