Two Roanoke residents died in a Franklin County crash Monday night, according to Virginia State Police.
The victims were identified as Matthew Paul Sink, 40, and Melinda Lynn Headrick, 43. They were struck by a Ford F-150 pickup that veered off the road and into the median.
The crash occurred around 8 p.m. on Route 220, near Willow Creek Road. The driver of the pickup is facing charges.
