Pedestrian killed by tractor-trailer in Grand Chute Wisconsin

A semi-truck fatally struck a pedestrian on Friday morning near I-41 and West Capitol Drive in Grand Chute, Wisconsin. The Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating the crash.

The accident occurred around 8:10 a.m. on September 15. The Grand Chute Police Department and Grand Chute Fire Department responded to the scene, but they could not save the pedestrian’s life, according to authorities.

Several other agencies assisted the Wisconsin State Patrol with the incident, including the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, Fox Crossing Police Department, and Gold Cross Ambulance.

The Wisconsin State Patrol is in charge of the accident investigation and reconstruction.
